A woman goes through different phases which require a transformation of her body and mind whether it is puberty, pregnancy or menopause. To have a successful career and build a family it takes up a lot of responsibilities which include nurturing, caring and provide unconditional love and support to everyone around you yet you forget to nurture yourself.
